Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction & Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs transactions made with UREKHA AI PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED(“Urekha”, “we”, “our”), encompassing UBrain Lab training cohorts, Dahi Jalebi Media creative production sprints, custom software engineering sprints, and growth marketing funnels.

By enrolling in a training program, submitting a project brief, or initiating a sprint agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

3. UBrain Lab Cohorts & Educational Programs

• Cancellations 7+ Days Prior: If a cancellation request is received in writing at least 7 calendar days before the official cohort start date, a 100% full refund of the tuition fee paid will be issued, minus applicable payment gateway processing charges (typically 2–3%).
• Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a cancellation request is submitted between 1 and 6 calendar days prior to batch commencement, a 50% refund will be provided to cover committed computing resources and studio capacity.
• Post-Commencement: No refunds are issued once cohort sessions have begun or private access to course repositories and AI compute credits has been provisioned.
• Cohort Seat Deferral: In lieu of cancellation, students may defer their enrollment to a future cohort batch within 6 months at no additional charge, subject to seat availability.

4. Fixed-Scope Creative & Software Engineering Sprints

• Milestone-Based Billing: All bespoke software development and creative production engagements operate under clear milestone agreements. Initial deposit payments are non-refundable once architectural blueprinting, synthetic talent casting, or sprint execution has commenced.
• Milestone Acceptance: Clients receive a 5-business-day review window upon each deliverable submission. If deliverables fail to meet agreed technical specifications, Urekha provides unlimited iterative corrections within the agreed scope.
• Mutual Cancellation: If an engagement is terminated by mutual agreement prior to completion, the client will only be billed for milestones completed and approved up to the date of cancellation.

5. Digital Assets, Subscriptions & Rendered Deliverables

Due to the compute-intensive nature of generative AI rendering and LLM token expenditures:

• Fees associated with rendered 4K video exports, synthetic voice generation, and deployed digital assets are non-refundable once downloaded or approved.
• Software subscriptions (such as Urekha Astro premium tiers) can be cancelled at any time through account settings, terminating automatic renewal at the conclusion of the active billing period.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your issuing bank's processing schedules.
