1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the digital services, platforms, software, and websites provided by Urekha AI Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Urekha”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Intellectual Property & AI Models

All proprietary algorithms, cognitive architectures, brand assets, logos, educational curricula under UBrain Lab, and software implementations are the exclusive intellectual property of Urekha AI Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to utilize Urekha’s AI infrastructure or tools for unlawful activities, unauthorized surveillance, dissemination of harmful code, or generation of abusive, defamatory, or deceptive content.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI technologies and predictive insights (including astrological and research analytics) are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis for exploratory and educational purposes. Urekha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
